Cooperate with Internal Mixer, Twin Dump Roller or Two Roll Mixing Mill (Sheeter). After mixer, squeeze and produce sheeting by Twin Dump Roller or Mixing Mill, and then film go through the Batch-Off Machine Soaking, cooling, dried and folding.

 

 

The machine applies to processing rubber, raw rubber, reclaimed rubber, tires, rubber tapes, rubber shoes, rubber plates, rubber rings, rubber tubes, oil seals, O rings, electrical parts and various kinds of rubber products for automobile and motorcycles through Banbury machines and mixing mills and outfeed sheet rubber materials of the cooling devices.

 

 

  Steel wheel conveyor type of the pick-up device is composed of printing wheel, rubber joining roller, and slitting device(width adjustable).
  The dipping conveyor is plastic steel mesh with long life.
  Two motors keep synchronization with Twin-Dump Roller.
  Hanging area is fully-closed with powerful fans that can increase cooling effect.
  Swing device of collecting is cooperated with automatic folding device without manual folding.
