  Mixing Chamber：lt comprises two C-type heating chambers and two shelves which built by precisely processed high-tensility steel boards and tubes. The cooling relies on the double-circle drilling system.
  Rotors：Four-blade(ST) type, made of SWC49 by hollow foundry with equal wall thickness that allows cooling or heating water coursing. All the mixing-related parts are welded STELLITE.
  Dust Stop Unit：FYH hydraulic self-adjusting mannercooprates with 8-outlet and12-outlet High Pressure Lubricator(lubricant).
  Cylinder Seat：Foundes dy FC25 cast iron. It is noly for fixing the large cylinder,but also help fastening the center by its two interior sustentations.
  Gper Reducer：lt is a heavy-duty reduction unit in hermetical rhree-stage type with single -input-double-output shafts. The case a solder of precisely processed steel plates. Gear safety factor is designed at 1.8 times.
  Operating Panel：Operation instrument is epuipped with voltmeter,ammeter,material temperature controller, clrcular timekeeper,buzzer other operating buttons snd indicator lights.
   

 

NST (four edges) Synchronous Rotor: The front and rear rotors are fixed with synchronous revolution. The long and short edges are parallel arrangement in one side to make the stock passing smoothly and mixing completely. Easy to feed and discharge and shear force is strong. The function of stock uniformity and black carbon power dispersion are excellent, applicable for plasticization, mixing, and finally refine of the rubber.
