The machine uses for fineness grinding of mixing and kneading paint, print blacklead, pigment, colophony colorant, hot-melt E.V.A, P.V.C and relative chemical industry ingredient.

Constructions :
 

Bed & Frame：Base is of a weld steel plate structure, with anneal dissipate the stress, providing excellent rigidity and stability, frame is made of cast iron FC25, with anneal to dissipate the stress.
 

Roller：Roller,s material is chilled castings, surface hardened to HS727° ± 2°(HS), to a depth of

12-16mm.
 

Stop unit：Stop unit is movable, body of damper plate is made of cast of gun metal(BC2).
 

Collection device：Collection plate is welded by SS41 Steel plate and SUS304 cover. The horizontal Divisional plate for smoothing off the discharge and excellent water cooling system, collection plate with scraper pressed hydraulically against discharge roll.
 

Hydraulic lubrication set：hydraulic power unit is composed of pump, motor, solenoid valve and filer, hydraulic pressure is 70KG/CM2. Hydraulic pump is epuipped with hydraulic pressure gauge to adjust the pressure. Pressure limit is 30-50KG/CM2,and equipped with the max & min limit pressure alarms.
The lubrication system of bearings with are lubricated through grease nozzle, the grease can be fed directly from outside, easy for maintenance.
 

Electric Equipment：Electrical control box is floor type with baked-enating, body is formed of steel plate.
 

Operator panel is equipped with the control circuit system to operate simply, The operator swithch is a push button with indicating light, that easy to check and prevent mis-operation.
